A 20% down payment is required with the initial order. Your order submission provides Splash the authority to bill the credit card on file with 5 additional monthly payments to be executed on the original purchase anniversary date, or whatever date is practical to the original purchase date. All sales are final. Pools will not be released for shipment until they have been paid for in total. Splash reserves the right to retain 5% of the original total purchase price on canceled orders. This retainage will help offset the cost of credit card, internet and administrative costs.
